CraftSpamBlocker helps prevent players from spamming the server with dropped crafted items if their inventory is full.
First of all, Incorrect Craft is a craft when your inventory is full so the item drops.
If within Incorrect Craft Lifetime seconds there were more than Incorrect Crafts To Block crafts, your crafting will be blocked for Block Time seconds
