/rot add - Add a rotator to the sign you are looking at
/rot remove - Remove the rotator from the sign you are looking at
/rot remove all - Remove all rotators and wipes data
/rot start - Start rotating the sign you are looking at (if registered)
/rot stop - Stop rotation of the sign you are looking at
