This plugin gives players the ability to access their tool cupboard remotely, as well as calculate the upkeep cost at any level.
Note: The tcauth and tcunauth command can only be used by a player that is already authorized on the tool cupboard.

tcmanager.upkeep
Gives players the ability to use upkeep command

/upkeep
Show current upkeep requirements
/upkeep <0-4>
Give upkeep requirements at the provided level (Twig - High Quality)
/taxrate
Give the resource tax rate used to calculate the upkeep
/tcinv
Open the inventory of the building privilege the player is in
/tcauth <player name>
Authorize the given player on the tool cupboard
/tcunauth <player name>
Unauthorize the given player on the tool cupboard
Note: The tcauth and tcunauth command can only be used by a player that is already authorized on the tool cupboard.
